The flower varieties used in your design may vary slightly according to the season and availability. We reserve the right to match flowers with material of the same or greater value.

Due to public demand at peak periods some prices will alter accordingly. you will be charged the current market price for items shown on the webite.

All prices shown are inclusive of VAT.

All customer details are kept strictly confidential. Your credit card details are sent securely (via SSL) direclty to our payment provider protx and are never stored or seen by us.

Same day deliveries must be placed before 12pm.

If you require a special delivery on a sunday or public holiday this can sometimes be organised. please call the shop to request.

We require phone numbers and postcodes for all addresses.

If a recipitent is not at home we will always endever to find a safe place to leave the flowers. a card will be paced in the door to say where they are and at what time we tried to deliver.

In the event we are unable to find a recipitents location due to an incorrect address given we will charge a second delivery charge if we have to make a second trip. we reserve the right to make this trip the next day if it is late in the day or a long distance trip.

If you wish to cancel an order we will require 24 hours notice. or 48 hours notice if you have requested specific items.
